Provides guidance on HHS policies, regulations, procedures, and systems necessary to assure efficient program operations at the state, territorial, tribal, and local levels. Provides leadership on national public awareness and communications about domestic violence, dating violence, family violence, and interactionual violence intervention and prevention services and supports American Indian and Alaska Native survivors and their children.
