Resolve networking issues with Firewalls/Routers, Switches and APs. Promote a culture of customer service, respect, and excellence. Following, evaluating, and updating technical/support procedures. Resolve server related alerts and issues. Take a proactive approach when solutioning technologies for clients. Incident management and outage recovery. Plan and manage project solutioning and implementation. We have a culture of proactive solutioning. We want people who don’t see a problem and resolve it, we need people who see an
