and Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain an organization's cloud-hosted data environments. Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of cloud architecture resources and systems. Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs.
Analyze cloud resource consumption and control user access. Applicants who are qualified for this position have 3+ years prior apartment maintenance experience. Intermediate to advanced experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair. HVAC & CFC certifications are a plus! Experience with split system HVAC units is highly desired. This position is responsible for all technical matters related to general
apartment maintenance. In addition to technical maintenance tickets, this position will assist with unit turnovers and be part of the after-hours on-call rotation.
