Not sure what the arms are made of, but they are pose-able (bendable). Arms extend to approx 26" and the whole thing is approx 35" long from head to bottom. These are new, with tags. We have more than one. Some have a green head, some have a gray head - take your pick or get one of each. Comes from a non-smoking home. $3.00 each Or we would sell a full sealed box of 24 for $30.00
