Analyze gage and CMM data to adjust weld fixture details to produce parts that meet dimensional requirements. Leadership and Mentoring: Lead the weld technicians knowing their strengths and weaknesses; working with Human Resources to determine their needs for training and development. Perform functions of a team leader for the weld technicians. Assist and train operators and welders in determining weld quality using calipers, visual inspection, and destruct tests.

Oversee the welding department in the Team Leader's absence. Provide leadership and technical support for 5S and lean objectives.
