Associate degree or comparable experience preferred Manufacturing environment experience preferred, with experience of effectively communicating with a diverse population of hourly employees Intermediate computer knowledge - Microsoft Office Suite and database systems Excellent grasp of the English language and ability to communicate well through both written and verbal communication Excellent time management skills with emphasis on accuracy, timelines, and follow-up, with ability to prioritize and organize workload Must have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to be professional, respectful, and resourceful in dealing with issues that may arise Experience with ADP Payroll Software highly preferred
