patients to room • Complete patient documentation in EDIS or EMR • Collect data appropriate to patient complaint and history • Utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care • backss patients needing immediate attention or intervention and bring to attention of the Emergency Department Physician and/or Emergency Department Advanced Practice Registered Nurse • Implement appropriate nursing standards of care • After consultation with Emergency Department Physician and/or Emergency Department APRN, initiate appropriate preapproved protocols • Evaluate patient status and responses to interventions and care • Documentation of backssment/reassessment of patient per policy • Documentation
