Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform maintenance on egg carts – grease wheels. Describe the decision-making authority of this position, the nature and extent of supervision available and the point at which higher approval is required.

Move carts that need repair from egg warehouse to garage to be repaired. Log daily work done to egg carts – number repaired. Repair damaged egg carts – by replacing parts and/or welding as needed.
