Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field is required. Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data management. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels within the company. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve billing and payment issues efficiently. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
