Keep a record of the activities observed and acted upon during the assigned shift, such as jackpot payoffs, fills, money drops, any employee activities associated with Nugget assets and emergency situations by completing incident reports and daily activity reports in order to lessen liability for the company. Assist in fact-finding, investigations and other activities, looking for evidence of specific actions or incidents, as requested by management or outside agencies such as law enforcement or the Gaming Control Board; create DVDs and written statements of observations.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to situations and to requests for assistance by monitoring transmissions on the in-house security and slot radio frequencies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and implements procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are present. Identifies and optimizes common inventory items. Comes up with ways to dispose of or sell obsolete items in the inventory.
Works with other DLC departments for inventory controls. Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner. Audits the facility's entire inventory on a regular basis and provides reports to management. Trains other employees with inventory control. Keeps warehouse organized Manages the inventory software and projects. Follows all existing company policies and
procedures. Responsible for the cleanliness of the warehouse. Responsible for all fleet vehicles. Responsible for ensuring all forklift operators are certified and trained properly.
