The training program will encompass all new hire training and recertification including the design and delivery of highly

effective training content for all levels of production. This position will add cross-departmental support and training, improve all OEE measurements, reduce turnover for Full Time/Part Time team members, and it will allow a pathway for advancement and cross-functional skill development.

Develop and maintain a cross-functional partnership with production, engineering, and quality.
