Life Enhancement (Social Service and Activities): Continually seeks opportunities to meet resident's psychosocial needs through planned and spontaneous actions. Leads and participates in learning circles with residents and staff in the household. Informs residents of activities. Assists with transportation of residents to outside appointments and accompanies resident as assigned.
