Condition This vessel is a northern boat, used primarily on Lake Erie.
That means it's not seen the harshness of saltwater, and has only been used 4-6 months out of the year. It has been cared for and is very clean. The only real cosmetic issue is that the ceiling has started to come loose at a seam, which you can see in the pictures.
