Hello, I am 24, work full time, looking for a roommate to share my house with starting the end of February.
Lease is negotiable. It's a 2 bed 1 bath, fully furnished (with exception of the room being offered, this is unfurnished) with a large yard. Utilities would be split, range from ~$90-$130 in the summer months. Only looking for a female
