According to the owners, all systems are working as intended. As I walked around the RV only thing that I noticed the door for the electrical cord hatch was missing. I toured the interior of this unit and did not notice any blemishes. The unit is in very good condition for its age.

The microwave has been removed due to it recently failing. November 2023 inspection showed some issues with the motor coach that buyers should be aware of. Keep in mind that this is a 1996 model and will not be perfect. Needs wiper blades, stove burners will not light, shower leak at vacuum breaker, rear pocket door drags a bottom, drawers need work in bedroom - sticking, off track TV's not mounted and video system isn't working properly, camera system needs to be hooked up, holding tank readings are not correct, toilet will not hold water, make detector not working, cabinet door struts won't hold the doors open, driver and passenger seats swivel without locking, U-line ice maker isn't working, shade on the entry door needs replaced, drawer lock under the sofa isn't working, rear A/C not cooling properly, cockpit A/C compressor belt needs to tightened or replaced, drivers map light not working, air bags are aging out, water pump is leaking, a muffler bracket is broken, transmission pan plug has small leak, oil dipstick tube has small leak, generator radiator has a leak, transmission code 14-12, brakes need adjusted, passenger rear awning needs adjusted, entry door latches need adjusted/serviced, steer tires need balanced, driver side front turn signal not working, porch light needs to be replaced.
