THE CIE will be involved in all aspects of the business processes in order to lead, participate, train and assist Superintendents, Managers, and others in lean and continuous improvement projects.

The CIE position is a hands-on position with a substantial amount of time spent on the shop floor as a change agent. Complete CI activities across the ASWP Division as assigned by CI Manager; provide leadership and team facilitation on assigned projects- define tasks clearly, identify

and coordinate resources, identify barriers to progress, and execute CI go-forward plan. Act as a change agent, systematically driving a CI culture.
