Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging. Remove batteries requiring recharging,
replace them with charged batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection checklist.
At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork. Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position. Releases of picking orders of the daily planned routes in a timely manner. Release the order waves and print the labels by route. Assign work orders to the pickers team. Guarantee collection of all customer orders scheduled for delivery. Cross-departmental collaboration to improve communication and business performance. Picking orders. Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area Placing cases on pallets and securing with stretch wrap.
Loading and unloading trucks. Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations. Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from variousheights. Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i. e. cooler, freezer and dry. Performs general housekeeping duties in work area as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Steel toe or composite closed-toe shoes (protective safety footwear) are required in selectbusiness units. Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with Ethnix Group's policies and performance expectations.

Education/Experience: Highschool Diploma or GED. Warehouse and/or distribution work related experience a plus. Experience using a motorized pallet jack preferred. Motorized pallet jack certified preferred. Language Ability: Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete documents, and answer questions in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as needed. Math Ability: Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages. Reasoning Ability: Demonstrated ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in software and able to use WMS and related software. Certificates and Licenses: Motorized pallet jack certified preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have supervisory responsibilities. Incumbents work in an warehouse environment where temperature may vary in some parts of the warehouse (cooler/freezer), but also have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous. Depending on the weather, temperatures can be over 90°F in the truck yard or inside trailers.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Routine, local travel may be required to attend training classes, conduct market research, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
