Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff or department. Assist with event planning and coordination of community activities. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the community's services, amenities, and events. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable living experience for residents. confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or customer service training is a plus.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
