Our Medical Director and APRN support us with daily presence on the floors. We invest in equipment and people to assure proper diagnosis and treatment of those age-related diagnosis. We have uncommon staffing patterns for a skilled nursing facility. Creating this position is a perfect example. We are hiring an Admissions Nurse to support the subacute unit with new admissions. Very likely, you will be the first point of contact for new admissions. You will set the stage for the rehab stay. Your experience allows for critical
thinking skills necessary to establish care delivery. Understanding diagnostics is the foundation for the plan of care.
We will trust and rely on your clinical acumen to drive both. Our facility is 3 miles from the hospital. The only difference between their last day in the hospital and the first day with us, is the patient’s ride in the ambulance. The care needs do not change. Your advanced clinical skills will successfully bridge the gap between locations. By your direction, nurses are prepared to treat, and the patient/families eagerly participate in their recovery.
