A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE TECHNICIAN As a property Service Technician, you maintain the property in an attractive, safe, and quality condition. You work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the maintenance department including assisting in maintaining inventories of supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs. You inspect and maintain
the property, buildings, and equipment in an attractive, clean, and safe condition at all times in accordance with company policies and procedures.
