Monitor Parkland Fire Alarm System. Dispatch appropriate responses ensuring safety and security of patients, visitors, employees and Parkland facilities.

5. Monitor Closed Circuit Television Systems observing internal and external locations of Parkland facilities ensuring the safety and security of all persons and facilities. 6. Stay abreast of the latest developments, advancements and techniques used in police communication operations. 7. Maintain a working knowledge of current laws, policies, procedures, and regulations that impact or govern law enforcement and public safety. 8. Monitor and report Communications Center equipment malfunctions, inform supervision of problems and initiate repair requests to ensure equipment remains operational.

9. Accurately record and/or distribute police department confidential information requests to appropriate supervisory staff and administrative officials of the department as requested. Following infrastructure incidents that impact customers, track the internal root cause analysis efforts to provide the customer a description of the cause and future prevention actions.

Act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high severity cases to assist with the timely resolution of these issues. The TAM may be required for occasional travel to customer sites and may need to be available for some after-hour or weekend coverage depending on the customer's need. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS Degree (or relevant work experience equivalent) Minimum of 8 years work experience in one or more of the following: Technical Customer Success, Saa S platform use or project leadership, Technology Consulting, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
