The cabin needs to be renovated to the new owner's taste. Recently installed upgrades: Raymarine autopilot, wind instruments, compass, hardtop with solar panels and lithium-ion storage battery. Running rigging has recently upgraded....some new blocks, cleats and 2 new winches. GPS in a box and ready to install. The engine was overheating....seller is working on this. Leaks in 2 windows....need to be caulked. Decks need painting. Hatches are in the process of being replaced.
