Work directly with Project Managers and Designers in the conceptual development of project documents. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Design. 10+ years of Architecture experience 5+ years of experience designing Higher Education buildings Proficient in the use of 3D computer modeling and rendering software including REVIT. Thorough knowledge of codes and zoning regulations. The ability to travel to support national and/or regional project tasks.
Professional License. Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of Sketch Up, Enscape, Lumion, and/or V-Ray. Experience and interest in sustainable building design.
