Job Summary Solutions Architect role works with Solutions Business Managers and Regional Sales Engineering to develop technical concepts to solve our customers problems, leveraging the toolset available - Tait and Third Party Product, Software and Services.

Located and in relative proximity to our customers and global offices. Works with Solutions Business Manager and pre-sales engineering teams to solve customer problems. Works with Global Product Management, Development and Partnering teams to solve market problems. Work with Delivery Teams to develop scalable solutions

and products. Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.

Identify opportunities for process improvements. Prepare and document testing requirements. Draws on any Tait resource (e. g. IT) in supporting business needs and goals. Provides Specialist knowledge in technology applicable to one or more of our vertical markets - for example Mission Critical Push To Talk for Public safety, Intelligent Transport systems and standards for Public Transport and SCADA Management systems for Utilities.
