Visit for more details. Responsibilities Responsibilities Collaborates with the proposal team to prepare proposal format. Supports the preparation and maturation of proposal content for reviews and production through style editing, proofreading, document preparation. Assists with coordinating the proposal production process. Checks quality

and peer reviews documents to reduce errors Creates templates using the styles features to align to the RFP requirements. Reviews, interprets, and questions RFP requirements.

Defines and generates visual style guides and templates for common proposal materials (e. g. volumes, resumes, past performance). Designs, formats, and produces proposal materials. Supports the graphic design and production with proofreading, formatting for print, and other production-related activities. Maintains awareness of contents of repositories of previous proposal material (e. g. templates, exemplars) and supports the loading of new proposal material after submittal and award. Provides guidance on outlines

and compliance. Assists with documenting, maintaining, and using internal proposal processes.

Contributes to and benefits from maintaining a collaborative environment—expanding skills and mentoring others. Qualifications Required: BS with 5-7 years of professional experience, MS with 3-5 years of professionalexperience, Ph D with 0-2 years of professional experience Recent proposal experience with Shipley-based new business processes Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat Must Posses and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance Desired: Experience with Adobe Illustrator Ability to work efficiently and accurately under strict deadlines Formats and positions text and graphics in a visually appealing way to design master copies using knowledge of type styles, size, and layout patterns Understanding of Government RFPs and the source selection process.
