To ensure that 90% of the home backssments close. 2. Visit clients’ homes and discuss all aspects of Visiting Angel's services. Create a client file for all cases with signed contracts.

Make sure the client file is current at all times. Collect and maintain all client paperwork, and also enter all client information into the tracking software. Ensure that the pricing of a case is within the stated policies of the company. This will ensure the company will maintain its profit levels on a case-by-case basis. 4. Maintain a list of all new clients and track conversion rates, calls and sources. Track all closed cases. Complete all follow-up procedures as outlined in the company’s policies. Help the Staffing Coordinator confirm new client assignments, including the introduction of the client to the caregiver.

5. Works closely with the nursing staff to ensure initial backssments are scheduled. Prepares binder notebooks for the client’s home with directions and forms for the caregiver. Consult with the Staffing Manager to ensure that the proper level of care is being delivered. Visits current clients in the hospital/rehab/nursing home to check up on them and maybe take them a gift. 6. When service has ended for a client, prepare discharge paperwork including a letter to the family with the caregiver evaluation survey. Periodically updates the “Client Emergency Planning Forms” notebook.

Attends weekly staff meetings and reports on hours serviced and conversion rates. 7. Attend symposiums and expos to promote our services, including ordering/suggesting promotional items. Distribute brochures and other marketing materials to hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, 55+ housing areas, etc. Also, acknowledging the same with a gift for their referral. Contacting and providing ads to newspapers and newsletters for publication. Help keep the company’s website up to date with additions of current news. Qualifications: Sales experience a requirement, and experience in Senior Care is a significant plus.

Benefits: The position includes a sales commission bonus in addition to salary range of 45-55K. The company does not offer Health Care, but does offer a stipend. Specifically, the candidate will monitor 340b shop program compliance and requirements, assist the HTC Director to write and submit program grants to all agencies in

a timely manner including budget development and required progress reports, and work with HTC Medical Director to manage the HTC’s overall relationships with the CDC, MCHB, ATHN, Hemophilia Network Region and other outside entities to maintain the center’s status as a federally qualified hemophilia program.

The successful candidate will be expected to: Develop systems and processes necessary for the recruitment, tracking, planning, and execution of projects. Attend client meetings for ongoing and prospective projects. Arrange, manage, and maintain relevant relationships. Oversee the development of relevant project proposals and budgets and recommend approval of them before submission to clients.

Responsible for financial performance of projects. Analyze financial and operational reports. Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external clients to reassess, renegotiate, and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts, and budgets. Creating and maintaining technical design documentation, managing code and application change control within the development environment, and participating in code reviews and performance testing to support ongoing UBI solutions development. Ensuring UBI supports the University's daily operational reporting needs. Collaborating with other reporting developers, including distributed analysts and developers, to promote best practices, conduct code reviews, provide consulting, troubleshooting, and development expertise.

Pursuing continuous improvement strategies within IRA by identifying opportunities to enhance development processes and reporting solutions in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. Required Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, business, finance, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in developing Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytical Solutions using tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Proficiency in HTML 4 and CSS. Strong skills in data visualization, data analytics, data modeling, and SQL.
