Job Qualifications / Requirements: A minimum of a B. S. degree in applicable field (e. g. Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry) is required. A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant industry experience is required. A minimum of five (5) years of supervisory/leadership experience in the field or in a related area.
