Must have a minimum of seven years' experience of supervisory activities including hiring, scheduling, evaluating, training, counseling, and dismissal. Must have experience developing and controlling budgets and contracts. Must have five to seven years of direct knowledge and experience working with Auto CAD and Arc FM.
Arc FM experience must be related to electric utility industry, specifically with network and data modeling of distribution systems.
