Responsible for working in a safe manner and for maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times in accordance with our policies and procedures. Responsible for accurately scanning and/or processing all customer orders in accordance with company standards

and policies. Responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are packed with care and efficiency to meet company standards. Responsible for offering carryout service to guests.

Responsible for ensuring proper handling for coupons, bottle slips, charge accounts, rebates, miscellaneous tenders, Advant Edge cards, debit/credit, reused bags, and other media. Responsible for maintaining controls and security in accordance with company policies and procedures. (LISA – Look In Side Always / BOB – Bottom of Basket) Responsible for communicating new policies or promotional programs to our guests. Responsible for performing other related duties as assigned by management and adhering to all company

policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills. Must be reliable. Must show a high level of integrity and professionalism. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.
