Facilitates leadership development amongst direct reports. Articulates, develops, and implements a comprehensive Distribution strategy and related systems which best support the

Leads applicable procedural changes within areas of Supply Chain, Customer Service and Operations to constantly improve the communication and alignment between departments. What you need to succeed: Bachelors in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Management, Finance or related field. 7-10 years of experience in Leadership experience in Distribution, Operations, and/or Supply Chain Management.

15 years of Business experience. Ability to learn system skills on own; adaptability. Interviewing/gathering requirements. Technical/Professional self-development. Technical knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Distribution Processes, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. Leadership. Partner development. Problem solving. Innovative. Project Management.
