Job Description The Commercial Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of channel-specific marketing strategies to achieve P&L objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Design the commercial channel marketing strategy, influence, and align with sales colleagues, key internal business partners, and other cross-functional teams Collaborate with Category Management teams to identify and implement growth initiatives within our current product portfolio as well as expansion areas. Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Minimum of five (5) years of sales, product management, or marketing experience required. Channel Leadership experience preferred. Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and build trust. Demonstrated solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability with basic financial acumen. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong multi-tasking and project management skills. Strong resilience to find solutions; independent thinking and problem-solving. Growth mindset - demonstrated ability, and desire to learn quickly. Experience managing agency partners preferred.
