We are seeking an experienced NC Mill Machinist to support our Missile Products Division in our Rocket Center, WV facility.

Scope of Work: Perform routine production line tasks with minimal supervision in the functional area of machining. Must maintain high quality through application of the most effective machining techniques, including explicitly following all procedures and set-up sheets. Duties: Could include, but may not be limited to, the following: • Set-up CNC Mills • Run production in accordance

with written work instructions • Instruct operators • Inspect parts • Collect, measure and enter dimensional data using SPC • Identify non-conforming material and notify Supervision immediately • Document production output as directed by Supervision • Change offsets as required to maintain process capability Responsibilities: Could include, but may not be limited to, the following: • Read and Understand G and M code for CNC Mill programming • Upload new programs and download existing programs onto proper media for storage • Remove all tools and holders from previous jobs, clean and return to Tool Crib • Mounting of collets, fixtures, building tools • Mount tooling according to the tool sheet

When assigned to the Dolomitic Lime task, Laborer will spot railcar, move the RBT conveyor under, use two 50 pound vibrator(s) and a Hydraulic door opener, use fall protection to climb 25 feet on top of RBT catwalk, open dome lids and drop the spout from RBT to dome, transfer dolomitic until full and repeat for all railcars.

When assigned to the Deck Hand task, Laborer will enter tug boat engine room and check oil, engines, and gear reducers, start the

engines prior to the boat pilot’s arrival. Upon arrival remove face wires from dock and place on boat, climb ladders on the barge to open lids on barge by attaching cable from boat to lids, move lines and wires around to assist boat pilot in moving tug boat.

When assigned to the Skid Steer Operator role, Laborer will enter barge and use crane to lower skid steer into barge, unhook skid steer from crane. Operate skid steer to push product to the unloader. Laborer will be required to perform occasional maintenance involving climbing 100 feet in the air Complete all applicable documentation, recordkeeping and daily inventory. As a Product Engineer, the incumbent will generate conceptual rocket motor designs to meet performance specifications and support a product development team to transition a motor design concept into a proven and flight ready system. This is an exciting and visible position which requires strong interpersonal skills and technical background. Responsibilities • Perform preliminary and detailed design

of propulsion systems, subsystems, and components, including propellant grain sizing, pressure vessel mechanical design, insulator sizing using thermal analysis, as well as nozzle and igniter design.

• Interface with structural analysis, internal rocket motor ballistic analysis, quality, tooling and drafting departments in support of project design and development activities • Serve as liaison between Program Office and Operations for assigned programs • Select materials and processes for fabrication of product • Prepare procedures and work instructions for product fabrication • Oversee all aspects of testing efforts on assigned project, including planning, component fabrication, test

execution, data reduction, and final reporting • Troubleshoot technical and production issues while meeting cost & schedule goals • Participate in Independent Research and Development (IRAD) activities • Interface with customer regarding product technical status and potential product improvements • Participate in business development activities including cost estimating, preliminary design concepts, proposal writing, etc.
