Monitors total loss accounts for insurance proceeds and GAP claim payments. Collect and prepare documents for modification packages. Maintains adequate department supply inventory and notifies supervisor of items needed. Other related duties as assigned including, but not limited to, supporting phone coverage during peak hours taking messages and handling basic requests.

Qualifications: Must possess one year of related bankruptcy and charge off support experience. In addition, customer service experience (via phone and/or in person) and general office experience preferably in a collection environment. Working knowledge of Bankruptcy, repossessions and charge off processes Familiarity with Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. Must have general demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications (specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel). Good organizational skills,
