Expectations: Receiving and placing calls to patients to schedule procedures from a case list Direct entry of partly scheduled cases - these are procedures that have not had a case entered and would need to be reviewed prior to entry for accuracy Entering prescription orders for bowel prep Creating and sending out procedure instructions Obtain PA's for
