Essential Functions Actively create and maintain on-going business relationship with the cooperative's Key Accounts. Actively promote and market all products and services provided through the cooperative. Conducts on site home energy checkup
to determine energy efficiency and conservation measures that can be implemented by members to more efficiently utilize electricity in their homes and businesses.
Assist members who are interested in net-metering. Functions range from answering questions related to the application process to the commissioning of the system. Resolves complaints and works within bounds of established policies and procedures to reach a resolution for the member. Assists in writing articles and preparing pamphlets, brochures and photography for various publications of the cooperative. Conducts both formal and informal meetings to inform and train Cooperative employees. Makes presentations to consumer groups,
civic clubs, professional groups, youth groups, schools and other organizations.
Work in partnership with Connect2First to promote services in our territories. Develop and maintain relationships with economic development counterparts in communities. Be aware of economic development activities and how that will impact the cooperative. IV. Other Functions Develops and advises Vice President, Marketing & Development of methods to enhance the Cooperative and departmental goals. B. Provides assistance to other Cooperative employees as assigned to resolve member needs and issues. Undergo training as needed. Maintains a professional appearance and attitude. Stays informed on a continuing basis of all items of interest to the Cooperative. Answers telephone and in-person inquiries in a manner that conveys understanding and acceptance of the cooperative's plans, programs and objectives.
Observes and reports all hazardous and unsafe conditions to the appropriate person or department. Reports the need to purchase and repair materials, supplies and equipment. Keeps daily time and mileage records. Performs other duties as requested or directed. V. Relationships A. Internal1.
