Assisting with landscaping for the community. Performing exterior/interior painting. Replacing exterior/interior light bulbs and globes. Picking up exterior and interior litter; emptying and sanitizing trash containers. Assisting the office and maintenance teams as needed (e. g. walking apartments, move-in/move-out reports).
Preparing vacant apartments for move-in. Ensuring all repairs/replacements are completed as necessary for apartments to be occupied. Ensuring all trash from apartments is cleaned out before, during, and after make-ready activity. Any and all other duties as assigned.
