This Albin has only had two owners. The current owner has owned it since 2007. The boat is in normal condition for its age. Seller recently spent 27k on the engine- water got in the engine compartment so he was proactive and had the engine disassembled and checked- most of the external parts are new- He replaced components such as the starter, alternator, steering pump, water pump, etc The seller has receipts available with an offer. The engine runs great according to the owner and only has a couple of hours of runtime since the engine work was completed Everything onboard operates as designed. The boat is bottom painted and will need to be reapplied before in water storage.
Condition Nice condition on the exterior and the interior upholstery shows no issues.

The gel coat was coated with Poli-glow and could use a new coat to make the boat nice and shiny. The exterior teak needs to be refinished. The cabin was clean and odor-free. The door opened fine, the windows open with no issues. No signs of water intrusion were present. The blinds and headliner are original and show normal wear-and-tear. The cushions, floor and interior wood look to be in great condition. The head was clean and odor-free. The master stateroom was clean, the seller stated the hatch was recently replaced. Below deck, the engines show corrosion and the bilge could use a cleaning. The seller discloses the generator is in need of repair.
