It is attractive and tidy, and even the engine compartments and bilge are clean. It is obvious it was well-maintained and cleverly updated. The seller was able to document many of the recent updates including a recent haul out for bottom paint with two coats of barrier coating two layers of black bottom paint & another coat of red bottom paint as well as other hull work while the boat was out of the water (8/4/22). Other receipts show rebuilt heat exchangers (2018), a new starter (2018), new Cat water pumps (2017), new windlass (2017), etc. The seller states the engines have always been maintained on schedule.
