Condition The boat needs some work and a good cleaning.
The mattress needs to be replaced and all of the cushions need to be washed. The kitchen looks good and all the appliances are in good condition. There's a new toilet in the bathroom (never used). The deck was painted last year, but needs a fresh coat due to weather wear.
