Similar to a beloved member of the family, "Comfort Zone" has never wanted for attentiveness. Vigilant maintenance and attention to detail are immediately evident. In fact, her current owner has nearly full maintenance records since he took over ownership over 20 years ago. Certainly not a fixer-upper, there was not one single item identified either structurally, mechanically or cosmetically that could be described as anything but exceptional.
