The vessel was out of the water in dry-docked, it has been out of the water for approx 8 yrs. The vessel appears to be in good shape for the age. The seller lives out of state but comes and checks on the boat every few months. According to the seller the engine and all systems are operational! Could use fresh paint and new owners! Does need bottom paint before putting her back in the water. The condition of the interior wood and trim is very good. This boat is dry. The owner keeps a window-style A/C running constantly and uses stay-dry bags throughout the cabins and compartments. New items the seller has that go with the boat: Brand new in-the-box Depth and speed Instruments and two brand new steering wheels, along with two extra throttle and steering cables. A windlass that has not yet been installed is included. Seller says he has lots of spares for the boat. The boat is being sold "as is, where is."
