The vessel was out of the water in dry-docked, it has been out of the water for approx 8 yrs. The vessel appears to be in good shape for the age. The seller lives out of state but comes and checks on the boat every few months. According to the seller the engine and all systems are operational! Could use fresh paint and new owners! Does need bottom paint before putting her back in the water. The condition of the interior wood and trim is very good. This boat is dry. The owner keeps a window-style A/C running constantly and uses stay-dry bags throughout the cabins and compartments. Great starter boat! 1977 Kells 28 for sale in Palmetto, Florida. This Sloop is easy to sail and will make a great starter sailboat or a nice daysailer! The seller has owned her for three years and regrets having to sell her. From November of 2020 to March 2021 the seller has had a mechanic go through
