This 2000 Regal 2660 Commodore is in good condition and per the seller everything is functional. The Windlass was removed for repair but has not been repaired as of this writing. The hull looks to be in great condition and the cabin has normal wear and tear for a 2000 Commodore. The cockpit upholstery is in great condition, as does everything in the engine compartment appear to be. A recent inspection found a high level of sodium in an oil sample. Hours are unknown on the engine, but since it's a 2000 model, there may be a chance a mechanic will be able to pull the info via computer.

The condition of the boat overall is good for its age. The bottom, dripless shaft packings, underwater lights, and major service has been done in September and October 2022. The engines need to be synchronized and the port engine is running warm. Otherwise, both engines are in good condition. The AC works but not blowing cold it needs to be checked for Freon. The searchlight and icemaker need to be repaired or replaced. The isinglass is showing signs of sun damage, fogging, and cracking. There is some wear on the ultra leather dinette upholstery with a 2" tear. The rest is in good condition. The hull and decks seem to be in good condition with no signs of dents, scratches, or damage other than minor dock rash.
