2015 Yamaha 242 Limited S Jet boat bowrider for sale.
This vessel has seen both fresh and saltwater use over its lifetime. The seller had the Yamaha dash replaced, the hours were cleared, seller believes was right around 360 hours and now shows the most recent
use since being replaced which is 7 hours. The seller estimates under 370 total hours. The 1.8L twin engine setup is 180 HP each with seating to accommodate 12 people comfortably. The seller will include a Yamaha boat cover as well. This model really places the control in the captain's hands with the lateral thruster installed and the rudder, these options greatly increase control at low speeds and assist with trailering and docks as well.
The seller reports that the vessel was always flush after use with Salt-Away. There is space in the center section for porta-potty as well.
The local and visiting consulant felt the vessel will need TLC and the seller has also priced the vessel considering these needs. The cushions are in below average condition, many showing signs of sunburn and tears on the top. The hull does have dock rash, and there was fiberglass repair completed to the bow of the vessel. The SeaDek would also need to be replaced. The great thing is, the seller does have a full replacement package of Seadek to include with the boat.
