The interior of this 36 foot beauty was completely re-done in 2015 and is sleek, stylish and comfortable. Renovations include all new Carbon Fiber Gauges, 7" Lowrance GPS, Pioneer Bluetooth Stereo Sound System and more. *New Pearl Paint Job in 2020 and New Rear Bussle added! This 1994 Awesome Powerboats Cat 3100 has been owned by it's current owner for the past six years. During the past five years she has undergone a complete renovation to the interior, electronics and engines. The Hull, interior, engines and all electronics are reported to be and appear to be in excellent working condition. Recent maintenance includes new batteries, new raw water pump, new trim pump, oil filters, fuel filters and oil changes - engine and drive.
Condition Having been kept under cover, and covered when not in use is obvious when you first approach this 2019 Mastercraft XT21.
The upholstery appears to be in very good condition. No obvious rips, tears, or staining was present. The owner states that all features are operational.

There appears to be no dings, dents or webbing in the fiberglass. The galvanized part of the trailer does show a few signs of rust. The seller says the motor runs great. This boat is ready to go fishing with a new owner.
