The First section of photos before the overhead shot are the boat's current condition. The photos after are what she could be again. Perry 41's were built in one of three yards in Taiwan, and this was built in the Universal yard. Built to handle heavy weather, they are said to sail well. This sailboat will need some refitting, as water intrusion into the engine compartment caused some issues. The seller does not know the condition of the engine. Per the seller, the deck is in good condition, there might be one small soft spot. Also per the seller, the hull is in good condition, the electronics and hydraulics are in good condition and the sole of the interior is in good condition. The interior of the boat will need some refurbishing as well. Other than the mast being stepped, the boat has been readied for shipping. It will, however, not be shipped and will be sold from its current location.
