This 1985 Hunter 36 will be a comfortable cruiser once you finish the project. The seller has updated her some over the time he has owned her, with new standing rigging, new head, new settee cushions and more, but he lacks the time to complete

She has a Yanmar 20 HP diesel to get you in and out of the port, or when the wind is not cooperating.
She has plenty of space to sleep 4 comfortably. The owner has included a portable AC system that runs well and keeps the boat cool down below.
Many new parts and updated equipment over the last 6 years, but she needs some love.
She has a reefing mainsail and is rigged for singled handed use. Self-tailing winches make her easy to sail.
