she was sailed down the eastern track of the Great Loop. She is complete with extra sails, generator, heater, and many extras, even the dodger has an enclosure. Great starter boat! 1977 Kells 28 for sale in Palmetto, Florida. This Sloop is easy to sail and will make a great starter sailboat or a nice daysailer! The seller has owned her for three years and regrets having to sell her. From November of 2020 to March 2021 the seller has had a mechanic go through
the engine and make sure she runs well. The interior is well laid out and sleeps 5 comfortably. The cabin and birdpit cushions are in good condition. The Yanmar engine pushes her along nicely. Engine hours are unknown. There is a windlass on the bow for easy anchoring!
