This is a classic 1977 Tartan 34C, which is one of the renowned Sparkman Stephens designs. Five hundred twenty-five of these vessels were built between 1968 and 1978 and they remain in high demand to this day.
She has all of the essential features
According to the seller, this boat is in good condition and can be sailed away, though there is a soft deck around the forward hatch on the cabin top. Her roller furling jib, and a stack pack main sail with lazy jacks date from 2004 and the seller rates them as being in fair condition. The dodger is installed, though it needs some isinglass and restitching and she has a bimini on board that can be used as a template for a new unit.
