Beautiful classic Lyman 18' with dual helm, side-steer model. This one is a restored boat by a previous owner and has had only 3 owners her entire life! The current owner purchased last year and has had no time for the boat so it has mostly just sat on the trailer
indoors.
All of the upholstery has been redone and it shows! The flooring and stringers are in great shape. The previous owner completed the restoration and did so with an open checkbook.
The inboard Gray Marine motor is in running order has a long life ahead.
The seller is not sure of the hours but engine and mechanicals have been maintained.
The boat comes with a tandem axle trailer.
The glass on the amp bezel is broken and the seller has the replacement part, he just has not installed it yet. The steering cable from the rear helm needs to be attached (as seen in pictures). On the keel there is a repair with marine epoxy, not through the hull just a surface repair. All other systems function as they should according to seller. Woodwork is all looking good, trim is beautiful, no soft spots. The motor runs great and cushions and cover are very nice. The trailer is in good shape, the owner confirms.

(per the seller) Newer fuel tanks. 4 new batteries and new battery charger. Newer custom canvas covers ($10,000.) in excellent condition. The seller has a three-ring binder that includes the original build spec sheet, and details of everything that has been done to the boat over the last 50 years.
